 Compact Package Range

Product Information

 Compact Range

The Compact range of packaged units has been specifically designed with cost, efficiency and size carefully taken into account. With this approach we are therefore able to offer a competitive blowing package to suit most applications where these system attributes are of greatest importance.

The units themselves come equipped with the basic components necessary for malfunction free supply of air or neutral gasses, with volumes ranging from 9 - 664m3/h, and pressures up to 1 bar.

Its small upright design ensures the complete unit takes up as little floor space as possible, meaning its overall footprint is particularly suited for applications in which space is a critical issue.

The clever design of these packages actually uses the intake and discharge silencers as part of the mounting framework, so eliminating the need for any additional steelwork for the mounting of the blower, motor and other supplied components. Also, the motors are mounted on a pivoting fixing plate, which enables fast, accurate adjustment of drive belt tensions, keeping servicing times to a minimum.

* Tri Lobe Blower.
* Electric Motor.
* Framework incorporating discharge and inlet silencers.
* Coarse filtration inlet filter.
* Belt drives and pulleys.
* Guard cover for drives (if package is not completed with a acoustic enclosure).
* Safety pressure relief valve.
* Non-return flap valve (discharge).
* Flexible connection hose (discharge).
* Complete installation / technical documentation.

Additional Accessories are also available, such as acoustic enclosures, pressure / temperature monitoring equipment, pressure gauges and any other items required to tailor the unit to your particular needs.

At present these units are available as pressure only packages, and accommodate the lower to mid range blowers from our range.
