Hadron Engineering's side channel blowers can provide a 100% oil-free and pulsation free supply of air or non-aggressive, non-corrosive gases. The blowers have a highly developed design with long life bearings situated outside the air chamber. The advantages are cooler bearing temperatures, longer lubrication life and easier access for maintenance.

Motors
Motors are Direct driven by 2-pole IP54 TEFC motors and insulation class F for motors up to 1.5Kw and class H for 2.2Kw and above. We are also able to supply belt driven blowers and custom specified blowers on request.

Shaft Seal
A maintenance free shaft seal separates the motor from the impeller and blower housing.

Castings
The castings are of compact design, and the cast for the impeller and the motor are individual.

Silencers
The construction and design in combination with built-in silencers on inlet and outlet ensure a low noise level, ensuring the blowers meet today's strict sound regulations.

The units come complete, ready to install, either as a vacuum pump or compressor. Single or three phase AC 50 or 60 Hz, single or double staged and the unit can be mounted horizontally or vertically depending on the application or system requirements.
